Returns + Exchanges
We accept unopened products within 14 days of delivery in original packaging. Due to hygiene regulations, opened nail sets and gels are non-returnable unless damaged.
- Initiate a request by emailing orders@holliewestern.com with your order number and photos if applicable.
- Once approved, we’ll send a pre-paid return label for US orders.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
